Stanford Hospital MRI Replacement

Gayner Engineers delivered the replacement of an existing MRI at the basement level of the Hospital and the construction of a new MRI suite at the Advanced Medical Center, an OSHPD III outpatient facility in 2017. Laser-scanning was used to map out existing utilities for 3D BIM modeling. Work includes new process cooling, quench vent design, modification of electrical power distribution, coordination with the shielding manufacturer, medical gas, plumbing, lighting, and nurse call system.
