Stanford Hospital Clinical Lab Renovation

Stanford Hospital Clinical Lab Renovation

$22 million multi-phased renovation and infrastructure upgrade on the first floor of Stanford Hospital.  Extensive planning was conducted to minimize system shutdown, establish budget, and evaluate constructability prior to the commission of Detailed Design Phase.  The design of temporary utilities, including power, cooling, supply and exhaust air systems were fully developed and documented for scope clarity.  This project fully attests our ability in planning for complex utility and infrastructure work within an occupied hospital.  Work includes new DI/RO water system for the automation line, D&T chilled water pumping system upgrade, new power distribution, air handling unit retrofit, and phased construction documents.
