George Peabody Elementary School Modernization, San Francisco Unified School District
Gayner Engineers was responsible for the mechanical and electrical design for the $5 million elementary school modernization and expansion. The new program includes the construction of a 150 seat multipurpose building. MEP work includes new classroom furnaces, new electrical service, refurbishment of existing custom rooftop multi-zone gas furnaces, BAS system integration, new lighting and lighting controls, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, a new gas service, and ADA upgrades.
