Project scope includes converting 3,900 sq.ft. classroom and lab space to aClass 100 and Class 1,000 clean room facility for the California funded stem cell research program.   New infrastructure, such as the air handling unit, exhaust fans, clean utilities, and controls are designed to support the new space.  The design includes occupancy based air flow controls for energy conservation within the clean rooms, active cascade room differential pressure controls, utility hookup for tool installation, humidification controls, lab VAV exhaust system, control system integration, and specialty gas distribution.
